ABSTRACT
21.1 Part 25 of the CA 2006 is concerned with company charges. This Part of the CA 2006 provides a scheme for the registration of charges created by a company. Part 12 of the CA 1985 was prospectively repealed and replaced by the CA 1989, but these amendments and repeals were never brought into force, and they are now also being repealed (see Schedule 16 of the CA 2006).
