33.1 This chapter addresses some of the miscellaneous areas of company law set out in various parts the CA 2006. They are (i) fraudulent trading; (ii) company investigations; (iii) companies: supplementary provisions; (iv) companies: minor amendments; (v) miscellaneous provisions; (vi) Northern Ireland.
