ABSTRACT
The provisions of Part 27 of the CA 2006 restate s 427A and Schedule 15B of the CA 1985. The opportunity has been taken to put the provisions in a form more closely corresponding to that of the Directives. Chapters 2 and 3 deal separately with mergers and divisions, and the provisions within those Chapters broadly follow the order of the provisions of the relevant Directive.
