ABSTRACT
All teachers from time to time in their career find themselves confronted with the class from hell. When this happens there is a great temptation to either hope that, by some miracle, they will get through the year and that next year will be better or, that they must do a lot in order to win the battle for their sanity. Both approaches are unhelpful.
