ABSTRACT

If you are arriving with us at our last chapter we are assuming that you might be attracted to RT, or at least more than a little intrigued with what RT can offer. You, like us, see value in a search to make work in constellated disadvantage both possible and even rewarding. We hope you will have a clear idea of the compartments and interventions that comprise RT, as well as the Noble Truths that support them. You will have struggled, as we have, with how to make organisations work for RT, and perhaps you have some ideas not only about how you might develop your practice but also about making other forms of collaboration work for you too. In short, you may feel you are now up and ready to go. After all, it is ordinary magic as Masten says (2001: 79). Yet, like magic, it is remarkable too.
