ABSTRACT
Whoever (for instance, a manager) sows order will rapidly, because of the characteristics of any dynamic system, reap chaos. The principles of why this happens and the mechanisms of how are described in earlier chapters. Does this mean that the manager should create chaos, in order to harvest order? That is what I want to deal with in this chapter. We need to explore the daily practice of the learning manager a bit more.
