ABSTRACT
Clinical features Tenderness along the course of the muscle and tendon from fibula, posterior to lateral malleolus, below peroneal tubercle of calcaneum, under cuboid and sole of foot to first metatarsal base in peroneus longus pathology. Tenderness is seen above peroneal tubercle to fifth metatarsal in brevis tendinopathy.
