ABSTRACT
Photovoltaic (PV) solar panels produce far more heat than electricity, so putting this heat to use improves the system’s total efficiency and cost effectiveness. This chapter presents ways to capture and use this heat; it does not address the use of PV to power a fan or as a controlling strategy.
