ABSTRACT
This chapter summarizes all the main lessons learned and the recommendations emerging from previous chapters and from the showcase projects described in Part II. As such, it is a transition between the two parts of this book. The chapter is structured in line with Part I, while within each section the lessons learned and recommendations are grouped according to the three categories of service applications, remote buildings and island systems.
