ABSTRACT

In an interview published in April 2001, a well-known actor discussed his priorities. He says he was once ambitious, once prolific, but had the wrong emphasis, didn’t have the love of a wife and children the way he does now, didn’t have a real home. It all felt real old, a “comedy of errors.” Hmmmmm I thought, if S-— is doing this, it must be in the air, and possibly the hundredth monkey theory is at work and we are all re-evaluating our lives at the same time? Or is millennium fever at work on aging superstars?
