ABSTRACT

Among Andrew Collier’s most enduring philosophical achievements are his contributions to environmental thought, and especially to the linkage of environmental concern with socialist politics. In what follows I will focus on the ideas developed in two essays Andrew published in Radical Philosophy in the early 1990s, and his more recent arguments as presented in Being and Worth.
