ABSTRACT
The content of this chapter is designed with the mathematics specialist in mind-a person who is likely to be a teacher in post-primary schools. The chapter is subdivided into the three main phases associated with securing a teaching post: the pre-interview stageapplying for jobs and interview preparation; the interview; post-interview acceptance or rejection.
