ABSTRACT

Squash contests may be considered as a dynamical system in which players share information and couple in an anti-phase relation. If sports contests are to be considered as dynamical systems then the signature features of dynamical systems reported earlier should be identified within sports contests. The reader is referred to Araujo et al. (2003) for recent undertakings in this regard. For some suggestions on this issue for sports contests, see Schmidt et al. (1999) and McGarry et al. (2002).
