For the five other teams, the trainer’s self-evaluation was outside the confidence interval of the players’ evaluation (for negative and positive items). There were significant differences between ideal trainer profile and real profile trainer evaluation by players (for negative and positive items). The ideal trainer profile was the same for trainer and players like in the top teams.
