ABSTRACT
The model is certainly parsimonious, and it makes a very interesting point. It demonstrates nicely how a judicious use of economic theory can get to the heart of an issue. Rather than speculating on possible ways of complicating the model, which one could imagine doing, but would be rather against the spirit of the analysis, I shall concentrate on a discussion of the key assumptions.
