ABSTRACT
Over the past two years I have been attracted by changes in the workplace and have tried to understand how such changes would affect education. In this chapter I would like to share my observations as to the major characteristics of the workplace in a knowledge society, how these characteristics are related to learning and how I think schools will be affected.
