The assembled and analysed data have now been returned to the team. Initiation of the feedback cycle is important and should take priority over any desire to perfect the measurement system to any further extent. The quick presentation of feedback regarding the attained outcomes is an important support mechanism for the initiation of a learning loop. The presentation of the results is the point at which a meaningful interaction between the members of a team can emerge. This is also where the active improvement process begins, i.e. what performance management is intended to achieve.
