JEAN MARIE NGAKI Although the Democratic Republic of Congo has still not succeeded in bringing
an end to the war that has been tearing it apart since the mid 90s, and is
descending ever deeper into a crisis that has become endemic, contaminating
all areas of national life, its theatre – paradoxically – is in splendid condition.
