ABSTRACT
The term ‘change agent’ has become widely used to describe people who are able to be agents of change within their workplaces. Anybody can be a change agent and it usually involves taking a leading role. In settings where leadership is shared a normal aspect of teamworking is to be asked to take a lead on some aspect of the work. Almost everyone needs to be able to be a change agent.
