ABSTRACT
This chapter explores the nature of work and health issues in the small and micro organisation (SME); the process of engaging with and researching businesses; and the practical steps that can be taken to establish collaborative infrastructures for health at work. The content of the chapter draws on research case studies from Merseyside.
