ABSTRACT
Today our European cities are made not by the architects, or the engineers,
or the urbanists, or the geographers or the economists, but by the body of
the citizens, represented by their elected politicians. I would like to develop
in ten points an urbanistic methodology, which can be deduced from the
political reality of Barcelona.
