Fragments of Wall Newspaper Articles Dedicated to the Memory of Ya.B.Zeldovich

Ya.B.Zeldovich worked at the ICP for sixteen years-from 1931 until 1947-and performed research on adsorption, catalysis, phase transitions, hydrodynamics, shock waves, combustion and detonation theory, and combustion of powders. On the basis of this work, research in these areas has continued in the Combustion Department of the ICP over many decades.
