ABSTRACT
The university curriculum is part of the university paradigm and is itself a paradigm. This chapter proposes a curriculum for a global virtual university that incorporates what is universal in university curricula. It looks at a university curriculum as an integrated whole, responsive not to national needs, but to global needs, not to the community of supply, but to the community of demand and not to rigidly defined objectives, but to the issues of the first global episteme.
