ABSTRACT
This chapter is certainly not a result of an exhaustive analytical work, but more of a personal reflection and practitioner’s observations. Integra Foundation in Slovakia, where I have the privilege to be an executive director, have always had ‘wider’ interests in the context of micro-enterprise development (MED). In Integra, we have therefore naturally become interested in the working group of the Ford Foundation’s Imp-Act project.1
