ABSTRACT
I work for the Manor and Castle Development Trust, a locally owned organisation responsible for delivering a £136 million regeneration programme over the next seven years. Although the opinions in this chapter are solely my responsibility and may or may not reflect the opinions of the organisation, a number of people have generously given their time to discuss the issues raised and to give the benefit of their experience.
