ABSTRACT
T lymphocytes express antigen specific receptors (T-cell receptors-TCR). These or TCRs are generated by gene rearrangement and their diversity is further increased by other genetic modifications. T-cells with TCRs recognize antigenic peptides presented together with products of the major histocompatibility complex (MHC), while T-cells see conformation antigens reminding to B-cell recognition pattern.
