ABSTRACT
I find it extraordinarily tall, which, however, is not surprising because of the beautiful proportions and the height is noticeable only in the individual parts, which are colossal. All is of the latest magnificence, the architecture, sculpture and painting being so well-ordered that every thing fits together in beautiful proportions. This church was designed by Michelangelo, except for the portal and the porch, which are not as good as the rest.
