ABSTRACT

To analyse how the capabilities of households to undertake tasks that they view to be necessary vary socio-economically, the results from the whole sample of 865 households are here reported. This reveals, as might be expected, significant variations in the coping capabilities of households according to their income level and attachment to the formal labour market (see Table 4.4).
