ABSTRACT
The previous chapter involved a discussion of whether property or Geist is the primary focus of classification. The primary focus on property relations was established and qualified. The purpose of this chapter is to explore the nature of property relations in more detail and to examine some basic provisioning institutions. We start with individual property rights and then move on to consider the firm and other issues.
