Angela’s daughter, Suzanne, died twenty-eight hours after she was born. Her story is on page 3. Angela already had two sons at the time, Daniel, then aged 8, and Matthew, aged 5. Her account of what happened after Suzanne’s death falls into two parts. The first part looks back about eighteen months after Suzanne died.
