The project not only measures the reduction in health risk factors but provides baseline and developmental measures of holistic health and wellbeing. Outcome measures should no longer be measured simply through cognitive and behavioural change but should include social health and subjective feelings of wellbeing and functioning relevant to a number of health domains, including:

Physical health risk There was increased condom usage, uptake of cervical and breast screening, increased access to existing services such as GP clinic, hospital clinics, decreased drug and alcohol misuse, decreased smoking behaviour. Mainstream services, both statutory and voluntary, were linked with these marginalized groups.
