ABSTRACT
There are many theories about the causes of aggression and some of the following brief descriptions may help to order our thinking. This is by no means a comprehensive list. I have only provided the briefest of theoretical interpretation as a means of starting this chapter, because I want the chapter to be based in practice and you to consider practical ideas that can help reduce the potential for aggression taking place within your work. At the end of the chapter is a reading list for reference.
