The main thing is to recognise that you are unhappy and to take some action. You will definitely improve things by doing something positive or talking to someone about the way you feel. Often when we feel bad, we don’t see the point in doing anything, as we can’t believe that there are any solutions or any way out This is because we have become unable to see that there are options we can take and things we can do which will make us feel better This is not to say that when we feel very down it will not be hard to motivate ourselves, but there is always something that can be done if we seek out the right help.
