ABSTRACT

During the spring and summer of 1998, we were funded by ACCAC to engage in research in a number of schools which had been identified as more successful than most in developing ICT capability. Our research aimed to provide a snapshot of what was happening in schools in Wales during the spring and summer of 1998, to identify successful practice and to formulate indicators of success which schools could use as the basis of targets for improvement (ACCAC 1999c).
