ABSTRACT
Fifteen countries participated in the study, based on their willingness and interest in the project. While, a priori, no specific selection criteria were established to ensure significant international representation, in fact a good sample of developed, developing and less industrially developed countries was obtained, as well as broad geographical distribution. Table 3.1 indicates the distribution of participating countries with regard to their regional representation and GDP per capita.
