ABSTRACT
Any discussion of the actual findings must be preceded by a consideration of two crucial factors: firstly, the reactions and views of those patients who participated in the research, and secondly, the reactions of ward staff. As a direct indication of what patients felt about being visited by the research team the results of Patients’ Discharge Ratings are shown in Table 3.9.
