ABSTRACT
Postpositions supplement the case system and provide additional ways of expressing temporal, spatial, or other abstraction realtionships. As the name implies, postpositions follow a noun phrase instead of preceding it. The noun phrase is usually in the nominative case, though some postpositions require a noun phrase marked with a different case.
