Sir,—In your issue of the 13th ult. you ask for suggestions to be sent in for a uniform Certificate to be used by all accountants in connection with the balance-sheets they sign, and as I understand the correspondence which has taken place on this subject, that the said Certificate should clearly define the auditor’s responsibilities in the matter.
