ABSTRACT
We are indebted to Balconi and Del Carlo Giannini (1987) for their book containing a wealth of detail on children’s drawings. I refer the reader to that volume, both for the historical background it provides and for the in-depth discussion of how attention to drawing and the evolution of therapeutic relationships intertwine and develop in the clinical cases described.
