ABSTRACT
Investment of time and capital in using business continuity tools and techniques is of little value without a fully embedded management process. Where previous chapters have presented and examined tools and techniques this chapter is primarily concerned with the issues of change management and, in particular, with considering how business continuity processes may be embedded throughout an organization, the third stage of our model of effective BCM, shown in Figure 5.1.
