ABSTRACT
In this part of the book we will look at virtual working issues displayed at the inter-and intra-organisational level of analysis. As we saw in the previous chapter, many conceptions of the virtual organisation take the blurring of boundaries between organisations and functions as a defining feature. The dynamics involved at this level are brought out by the following three chapters.
