ABSTRACT

This chapter is divided into three unequal parts. First, there is a description of the development of the Archaeological Resource Centre (ARC) with an account of its present layout and exhibits. Second, there are examples of special events run at the ARC to give some indication of the variety of activities arranged and how links are being made between archaeology and aspects of the arts and science. Third, there is a brief assessment of the Centre's achievements in the first three years of operation.
