ABSTRACT
You cannot transmit your mental images, ideas and feelings directly to another person, unless you believe in telepathic communication. Such telepathy may be the staple diet of science fiction but business communication must rely on more tangible mechanisms. We have to translate or encode our thoughts in such a way that others can receive and interpret what we think.
