ABSTRACT
I am responsible for reviewing historic energy data, undertaking energy audits of commercial building stock (operational buildings), benchmarking, reviewing load profiles of electricity and hydrocarbon fuels, identifying anomalies, undertaking energy surveys to quantify the audit findings and develop an appreciation of the sites’ energy, occupancy and building use, focusing on opportunities for savings, developing a prioritised action plan (zero and low cost, capital investment requirements; short-, mid- and long-term), and producing technical reports on findings and targets for energy reduction.
