The first lecture of the Autumn Session was given at the Caxton Hall, Westminster, on Thursday evening, the 29th October, the subject being “Municipal Cost Accounts,” by Mr. J. C. Greatrex, F.S.A.A., Borough Accountant, Camberwell.
