ABSTRACT
As we stated in an article which appeared in these columns last week, during the past year the Sub-Committee of the Council of the Institute of Municipal Treasurers and Accountants has been considering the question of the application of credit Revenue balances in the case of electricity departments of Local Authorities, and its report upon the subject was given in full in our issue of the 11th ult.
