A Comparison of Commercial Accounts with Municipal Accounts

In this paper Mr. Lamb makes an interesting critical comparison between company accounts and the accounts of municipal corporations, concentrating upon the dis-agreements. Many of the points dealt with apply, of course, to other classes of commercial concerns and local authorities.
