ABSTRACT
Strategic planning may sound a rather grandiose phrase to apply to job seeking, but as with many activities in life, you are more likely to achieve good results if you sit down and figure out where you want to get to and what steps are involved in the journey. Random forays into the job market may occasionally succeed, but for most people it helps to have a plan.
