ABSTRACT
Chapter 7 reports interview results from two public sector organisations: the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and London Underground Limited. Once again, the four key themes introduced in Chapter 3 form the structure of each separate case study and the three-phase learning process, pp. 2–4, is used to plot the position of the organisations in terms of their approach to the management of purchasing and supply.
