ABSTRACT
Sandra, at the age of two, was taken to the docks by her parents and saw one of the metal structures that the boats were tied up to. She was intrigued by this unfamiliar object and set about exploring it-touching it, smelling it and walking round it. Then she announced ‘I seed it and I feeled it and it’s not a dog!’
